Mr. Suleiman is a seasoned finance professional with over 21 years of progressive experience across the banking, oil and gas, and public sector finance sectors. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

Prior to joining AGPC, he served as Manager, Financial Planning and Budgeting at NNPC Pension Fund Limited (NPFL). Before this, he spent over 19 years with the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), where he worked across critical finance functions including project financing, trade finance, loan administration, debt management, crude oil sales valuation and invoicing, auditing, and financial control.

He began his career in the banking sector as a Credit Appraisal Officer with First Inland Bank Plc (now FCMB Bank). Mr. Suleiman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and is widely regarded for his analytical strength, integrity, and collaborative leadership style.
